FOT practice app

1. Decide what invention to ask about from your assigned time period.

2. Save a picture of the invention on your drive.
3. Edit the picture so it is 200 pixels wide. (video instructions for pixlr.com/express )
4. Make sure you have a code studio account and that you have joined our class FOT 7th period by clicking on this link.
5. Create a new app in the app lab
   1. add 3 buttons, and room for an image onto the app screen. (video instructions)
   2. add a picture and a text area with words for your invention (video instructions)
   3. Add 2 new screens: one if they get it right, one if they get it wrong (video instructions)
   4. Add the code to give feedback on whether the answer was right or wrong ( video instructions )

Check the rubric to be sure you are getting all the points.

 

Note: This app uses a text area for the question, when really, it should use a label. See if you can figure out why.
